Rental: repairs at the expense of the tenant

As part of a rented property, it is necessary to carry out certain work, current,  in order to maintain the property.  This work is distributed at the expense of the owner or tenant.   • Electricity : replacement of fuses, switches and sockets, change of lamps and bulbs.
  • The interior : filling holes in the walls, making paint, tapestry or carpet fittings, etc.
  • Windows and doors : change of wrists, replacement of keys, etc.
  • Equipment : refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, extractor hoods, antenna, etc.
