A1 REAL ESTATE

What is the duration of the tenant's right of pre-emption?

When the nature of the leave is a sale, the tenant has a right of pre-emption relating to the acquisition of the dwelling. The tenant has two months to accept the proposal.

The purchaser has the obligation to formulate an offer to sell which may potentially be negotiable. Once this period has expired, it is possible for the owner to offer the property for sale to other buyers.
