The 12th arrondissement
The 12th seduces a more family population looking for green spaces and schools nearby (quiet district with food shops and close to the Bois de Vincennes).
The main residents are fairly elderly families. If you are looking for peace and greenery, get closer to the Picpus, Nation and southern Districts of Bel-Air near the Bois de Vincennes, appreciated for its zoo and the landscapes it conveys, considered residential areas. These neighborhoods are close to many schools.
If you want to move easily and enjoy a nightlife, settle down in the Bercy district and the Bastille district, the most dynamic district of the 12th arrondissement. You will find the Bercy Village with its cinema, many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. You will also appreciate the Museum of Fairground Arts and the Accor Hotel Arena which hosts multiple concerts and shows.
Finally, if you want to go on Sunday, you can go to the Banks of the Seine and take the opportunity to have a drink or eat something on the barges or walk near the Arsenal basin.

The famous Gare de Lyon, located in the 11th, will be your main meeting point if you want to go south skiing or crisscross the beautiful Mediterranean beaches.
